1250 WL spots Our mint will be mainly WL because we want people who actually want to be in the project to have the opportunity to mint. Granted some spots will be earned through giveaway and some collabs.

We will be giving whitelist based off a few requirements

• True engagement with the discord and community

• competitions from community art, gifs, stickers

• Collabs with successful NFT projects

• Build the biggest fitness NFT project based around mental and physical health

• Have fitness professionals like personal trainers and psychiatrists in the discord to engage and coach the community.

• Partnerships with web 2 & web 3 company's and projects to bring the best deals to the community.

• Frequent events to engage community in fitness.

{} LLC -Q4 2022

When we are about 1 month from mint I will be applying for an LLC for Gym Ratz fitness. After mint everything for the business will be legally set up and ready to build.

{} Website creation Q4 2022

• A website will be created for Gym Ratz Fitness to hold mint, merchant store, staking, etc.

{} Gym Ratz NFT Launch and WL mint (Phase 1) -Dec. 31

-the 2500 Collection will be launched to WL for mint. 1 NFT per wallet. 12 hours to mint. After 12 hours the mint will be opened to the public for mint until collection is sold out.

{} App Development -Q1 2023

• Gym Ratz Fitness app will be a one stop shop app for fitness. It will have workout plans, nutrition guides and many more secret cool additions

• it will be free for NFT holders and gym members

{} Merchandise creation -Q4 2022 - Q2 2023

• community will vote on their favorite design for merchandise from the NFTs

• there will be opportunity for people in the community to offer their designs to be created. The artist the gets chosen will get 1 choice of free merchandise with their art.

{} App Launch - Q1-Q2 2023

Once the app is launched it will be available on android and IOS devices.
