Gym Location (Phase 2)

The location of the gym is TBD but it will be in the states. I will be conducting extensive research on the market to figure out the best location based off of the factors below. I know that the fitness industry is booming and there are gyms everywhere. For this reason I will also be focusing research in areas that lack good quality gyms, have gyms but are overcrowded, and/or have no gyms.
